Welsh Rarebit
There is no small amount of disagreement about what constitutes Welsh Rarebit. Many contend that it is just cheese on toast. At the other end of the spectrum are a variety of recipes in which the bread is steeped in beer or floated in soup. It has been said that "Welsh rarebit" is a sort of post Act of Union joke, where Irish Rabbit is just bread, Welsh Rabbit is bread and cheese, Scottish Rabbit is bread and dripping and English Rabbit is actually rabbit. This, however, is a moderately uncontroversial recipe for Welsh Rarebit.

🍛 Indian
Thalassery Biryani
Thalassery biriyani is a rice dish blended with Chicken and Spices. The recipe has a strong legacy of the Mughlai cuisine. This variant of biryani is an Indian cuisine and has originated from the Malabar region of South India.[2] The specialty is the difference in the choice of rice (Basmati rice is not used; small-grained Khaima/Jeerakasala rice is used); Chicken is not fried before adding to the masala. Thalassery biryani is a Pakki biryani where as Hyderabadi is a Kacchi biryani and therefore apparently a dum biryani. There are clear distinctions of taste between Thalassery biryani and other biryani variants.[2]

🍟 Belgian
Waterzooi
Waterzooi is a classic stew in Northern Belgian cuisine. Its name is Dutch, meaning "watery mess". The original form uses fish, though today chicken waterzooi is more common, as well as vegetables such as carrots, leeks, and potatoes, as well as herbs, eggs, cream, and butter. Typically, fish such as eel, pike, carp and bass are used. Other fish such as cod, monkfish, or halibut can be used. Both the chicken and fish versions are based on an egg yolk and cream-thickened vegetable broth and usually served as a soup with a baguette to sop up the liquid. Gentse Waterzooi is a specific version of the dish without fish but with chicken.
