This preparation is loosely inspired by tiramisu, and it contains rich dairy, egg, cocoa, and coffee. However, in order to make it compatible with the Atkins diet, it does not contain refined carbohydrates. As a result, it contains no cake, ladyfingers, or added sugar and is not a true tiramisu.

1 cup sour cream
2 cups cream cheese (not low-fat)
2 eggs
2 tbsp baking cocoa
1 tsp instant espresso powder
Blend everything together until smooth.
