Babi panggang is an Indonesian term applied to a variety of grilled pork dishes. In the Netherlands, babi panggang has become a fusion dish, typically prepared and served with a tomato-based sauce.

1 small onion
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
1.5 deciliter (150 ml) of chicken broth
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of sherry
1 can of tomato mash
Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in a saucepan, and add the onion and garlic.
Combine bouillon, sugar, sherry and tomato mash, and add this mixture to the saucepan.
Keep stirring and leave to boil for 5 minutes.
