Cut tops from tomatoes.

Scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact.

Chop tomato pulp.

Drain tomato shells and sprinkle cavities with salt and pepper.

Combine tomato pulp, bacon, celery, eggs, mayonnaise, parsley, and measured salt and pepper.
