1 head of green cabbage, sliced and/or diced
Bacon, chopped
Butter
Parsley
1 egg
Grated cheese
Cayenne pepper
½ onion, roughly chopped
Salt
Boil the cabbage until tender. Drain.
Fry the chopped bacon in butter.
Combine the cooked cabbage, bacon, parsley, egg, cheese, cayenne, and chopped onion. Season to taste with salt.
Transfer mixture to a glass baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 180˚C.

Serve with toasted bread.
