BBQ sam-chang-bak is a very simple barbecue seasoning recipe for pork meat.
3 katis (1.8–2 kg / 4 lbs) of pork (sam-chang-bak)
5 tablespoons char-siu sauce
5 tablespoons sugar
Pepper
A few drops of tenderizer
Sprinkle the tenderizer on the meat, then mix the rest of the ingredients together with the meat.
Barbecue the meat until done.
