¾ cup (85 g/3 oz) dried pasta (whatever shape you like)
¼ cup (75 g/2.6 oz) cream cheese
¾ cup (75 g/2.6 oz) grated mozzarella cheese
¾ cup (75 g/2.6 oz) grated cheddar cheese
2½–3½ tablespoons hoisin sauce to taste
1 cup (125 g/4.4 oz) chopped cooked chicken
½ cup (125 ml/4.2 US fl oz) heavy whipping cream
Bring a pot of water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes (or until the pasta is soft).
10 minutes
Drain the pasta so that no water remains in the pan. Return drained pasta to the pot.
Add the cream, cheeses, chicken, and hoisin sauce to the pasta.
Cook for a few minutes to warm everything through.
Serve.
