2.5 cups (600 g) white sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick (4 oz / 113 g) butter
9-inch (22 cm) pre-made pie crust
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix sugar, butter, and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Beat eggs in bowl.
Gradually whisk the saucepan contents into the eggs, then add vanilla.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake pie in 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 minutes.
