This is great as a dip to spice up garlic bread, or a spread on burger buns.
1 cup sour cream
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 chipotle chiles in adobo, stemmed
1 pinch of salt
¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
¼ cup adobo sauce
Tortilla chips
Pulse everything except chips in a blender until smooth.
Serve with chips.
