This surprisingly delicious chocolate mousse dessert is easily made from three New World plants, namely avocado, cocoa and agave. The avocados should be very ripe, to the point where the navel almost - or even just - starts to mold.

Cocoa powder
Agave syrup
Peel the avocados and remove the pit.
Break down the fleshy parts of the avocados using a fork or mixer; depending on the desired texture.
Add the cocoa powder and mix.
Add agave syrup to taste, and mix some more.
Serve.
