This rub is great on steak, pork, and chicken.

4½ cups (820 g)
1 cup smoked paprika
½ cup salt
1 cup dark brown sugar
¾ cup dehydrated lemon peel
½ cup black pepper
¼ cup dried rosemary
⅓ cup granulated garlic
½ cup chipotle powder
2 tsp hickory smoke powder (if you can't find this, use 2 drops liquid smoke in the dish.)
Combine all ingredients and store in a cool, dark place in an airtight container.
