½ pound bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 pound ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup brown sugar
⅓ cup white sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
¼ cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons mustard
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon chili powder
32 ounces canned pork and beans
Brown bacon, ground chuck, and onion.
Stir in remaining ingredients in order; mix well in between each addition.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes, or until thickened.
