Veal slices
Ham slices
2 onions
2 parsnips
2 cloves of garlic
2 cloves
500 ml broth
175 ml white wine
2 slices of lemon
Combine veal, ham, onions, parsnips, garlic, and cloves in a large saucepan.
Add broth, wine, and lemon slices.
Simmer over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until reduced.
20 minutes
Sieve the sauce and serve.
