1 cup (240 g) cottage cheese
6 eggs
½ cup (120 g) flour
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
¼ cup (60 ml) milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend for 1 minute.

Pour about ¼ cup (60 g) batter for each pancake on a griddle sprayed with cooking spray or lightly coated with vegetable oil.
Let cook until golden on both sides.
