½ cup reduced-fat sour cream
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp sugar
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp dill weed
½ tsp salt
3 medium cucumber, sliced
½ cup sliced onion
Combine sour cream, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, dill, and salt.
Add cucumbers and onion, and toss to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve with slotted spoon.
