Egg casserole is great at any time of the day and is good to serve when family gets together or in other large groups.

8 slices of bread
7–8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 stick butter, melted
2 cups diced ham
½ tsp salt
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 cups grated Velveeta cheese
1 dash each of red pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
Put bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix melted butter, milk, seasonings, and beaten eggs.
Pour mixture over bread.
Sprinkle with diced ham and top with grated cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
