5 oz dried lily bulbs
1 cup water
Sugar
3 eggs
10 pastry dough wrappers
Vegetable oil
Wash and soak dried lily bulbs for 1 hour. Discard water.
1 hour
Place bulbs in saucepan with 1 cup water, and cook until soft.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar until it dissolves. Let cool.
Once cooled, beat in eggs.
Fill pastry dough wrappers with the mixture.
Fry pastries in hot oil until golden brown all over.
