2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 boneless pork loin roast
3 Tbsp Barbecue Rub
Combine mustard and vinegar, and rub all over pork.
Coat pork evenly with the Barbecue Rub.
Grill on a preheated grill, turning often until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63˚C).
Remove and let rest for 10 minutes. Serve.
