Portobello mushrooms are large mushrooms that can be prepared as a vegetarian entrée. They can substitute for hamburger patties, or be eaten alone.
1 large portobello mushroom per person
Olive oil
Salt (as desired)
Remove stems from the mushrooms, then wash and dry them.
Brush with olive oil.
Grill for about 10 minutes, alternating sides, until both sides are grill-marked.
