A quick and easy honey mug cake made in the microwave.

2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp yeast
1–2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)

Combine the flour, yeast, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add honey, and mix until incorporated.
Add a small amount of water, and until incorporated.
Add lemon juice and zest, and mix until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a mug, and microwave for 60–90 seconds. To check if it's thoroughly cooked through, stick a toothpick in; if it comes out clean, it is ready.

Serve with any of the optional toppings.
