1 medium-sized mango, peeled and fleshed removed
1 tablespoon sugar
1½ cups milk
2 drops vanilla extract (optional)
1 pinch of cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon maida (all-purpose flour)
2 bread slices
Blend together the mango flesh, sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon powder until smooth.
Add a bit of maida to the batter and whisk it well.
Dip the bread slices in the batter and fry them in a oiled pan until brown on both sides.
Serve hot.
