Kwado, also called coldmeal, is a Nigerian meal consumed primarily by students in boarding houses.[1] It is prepared without cooking, hence the name 'coldmeal'.
Nigerian smoked dried fish
Onions, sliced and rinsed
2 cups garri (cassava flour)
1 kuli kuli, ground
Salt to taste
Dry pepper to taste
Mash the smoked fish in a bowl.
Add the garri, ground kuli kuli, sliced onions, salt, and dry pepper.
Stir the ingredients together and serve.
