200 g onions, chopped
Oil
20 g tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
Meat (chicken or beef), cut into pieces
Vegetables
2 tbsp leaf masala
2–3 cups warm water
Fry onions in a dash of oil until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes, and cook.
Stir in garlic, ginger, meat, and vegetables. Cook until nearly done.
Stir in leaf masala and warm water. Bring to a boil, then simmer until done.
Serve.
