½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 lb elbow macaroni pasta, cooked, drained, and chilled
⅓ cup chopped red onion
⅓ cup chopped celery
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, and vinegar in small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the pasta, onion, and celery in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over top, and toss to combine.
Cool before serving.
