Potatoes
Butter
Milk
Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.
While hot, rub the potatoes through a colander into a clean pan.
For every pound of potatoes, mix in ½ ounce butter and 1 tablespoon milk; do not make them too moist.
Serve hot.
