275 grams high protein flour
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoons oregano powder
½ teaspoons rosemary powder
½ teaspoons thyme
175 ml water
Combine flour, yeast, salt, powdered oregano, rosemary powder, and thyme.
Gradually mix the water into the flour, kneading until elastic. Let stand 30 minutes.

Weigh out 100 grams of dough, and let rest for 10 minutes. Shape the dough into a long loaf. Repeat with remaining dough.

Transfer loaves to a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Make slices in the top with a sharp knife or blade. Let rise 50 minutes until fluffy.
