This dish contains pasta and chopped hot dogs, baked in an oven. If fresh pasta is used for this recipe, the amount of pasta must be doubled.
200 g pasta (can be reduced)
300 g hot dogs, chopped
1 leek, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
350 g maize corn (optional)
4 eggs
2 dl milk
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Boil and drain the pasta according to directions on package.
Combine pasta, hot dogs, red pepper, and maize corn in a baking dish.
Whisk the eggs and milk together, and season as needed with salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture over the dry ingredients, and bake everything together in a 200–225°C oven for 25–35 minutes.
