Potato poundo is a Nigerian swallow made from potato flour.
Potato flour
Water
Bring water to boil in a small pot.
Stir in potato flour until you get a thick mixture. Continue stirring to prevent lumps from forming.
Add some water, and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
5 minutes
Stir again to ensure that it's smooth.
Remove from the fire and put in a wrapper.
Serve with any soup of your choice.
