In this Armenian version of Russian salad (Սալադ Րուս), there are equal amounts of peas, diced carrots, corn, diced potato, and about half that amount of diced cucumber pickles and mayonnaise.
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup frozen diced carrots
1 cup peas
1 cup potatoes
½ cup diced cucumber pickles
2 cups mayonnaise
Salt
Boil together the vegetables, then drain and transfer to a bowl.
Add the diced pickles and cool to room temperature.
Add the mayonnaise, and stir until uniformly mixed.
Finish by seasoning with some salt to taste.
