Onions
Tomatoes
Lemon juice or vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Dried mint
Chop the cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions finely.
Marinate them in lemon juice or vinegar.
Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the dried mint.
