About ½ cup Champagne Vinaigrette
8 goat cheese cakes
Crumbled crisp bacon pieces, for garnish
In a large mixing bowl, toss frisee with the Champagne Vinaigrette.
Divide salad among 8 salad plates.
Top each salad with a goat cheese cake.
Garnish with crumbled bacon.
