1 kg high-protein (e.g. bread) flour
150 g low-protein flour
11 g yeast
30 ml cold water
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp oil
20 ea. shrimp
3 cans tuna
10 rings sliced onion
5 scallops
4 fish sticks
9 pieces crabstick
30 cloves garlic
3 tbsp tomato sauce
3 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
Knead all the dough ingredients together to make a smooth, stretchy dough. Cover with aluminium foil, and rest until 2 hours in fridge.

Prepare the toppings, briefly mix all together, and let rest for 3 minutes.
3 minutes
Combine all the ingredients for the sauce.
Roll out the dough into a circle, and spread the sauce on top. Arrange the toppings over top.
Bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
