This seafood seasoning also works great on chicken or steak, especially filet mignons.
6 tbsp butter-flavored salt
½ cup sweet paprika
4 bay leaves, torn
3 tbsp celery seed
3 tbsp dehydrated lemon peel
1 tbsp dehydrated lime peel
2 tbsp dried rosemary
3 tbsp dried thyme
3 tbsp dried oregano
¼ cup smoked paprika
1 tbsp freshly ground cinnamon
Pulse everything in a spice grinder until relatively smooth. If your spice grinder doubles as your coffee grinder, make sure you pulse some rice after.
Keep in an airtight container with a shaker lid for up to 1 year.
