You can use this as a sauce or a marinade for either pork or shortribs.
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup dark brown sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
3 tbsp minced fresh ginger
2 tbsp minced garlic
Give everything a big shake in an 8-ounce mason jar until smooth.
Refrigerate for up to two weeks.
