16 oz (1 lb) angel hair pasta
⅛ cup sesame oil
Olive oil, if needed
1 tbsp table salt
1 cup or more finely-chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup chopped fresh scallions
1 ½ cups thinly-sliced fresh carrots
Cook angel hair pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
Add sesame oil, olive oil, and salt (to taste) to drained pasta
Toss in cilantro, scallions, and carrots.
Chill before serving.
