Large potatoes, peeled and cubed
Vegetable oil
2 pinches salt
2 pinches red chile powder
2 pinches coriander powder
2 pinches ground pepper
Heat enough oil in a pot for deep frying.
Add the potatoes and deep fry until golden brown.
Remove potatoes from the oil, and place on paper towels to drain.
Transfer potatoes to a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt, chili powder, coriander, and pepper.
Serve hot.
