4 oz (110 g) smoked salmon
8 oz (225 g) low-fat cream cheese
2 oz (55 g) low-fat sour cream
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp green onion, chopped
2 tbsp basil, chopped
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp black pepper
In medium-sized bowl, crumble salmon; add cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, and pepper.
Mix until well incorporated or creamy.
Mix in basil and parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
