1 container (4.5 oz) hickory smoke-flavored albacore tuna
2 tbsp melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon wedge
4 slices white bread
2 slices smoked mozzarella cheese
Combine tuna, melted butter, and lemon juice.
Spread some of the tuna mixture on each slice of bread. Top with cheese.
Broil until the cheese is melted.
