There is so much to experiment with adding spices to kefir; here is an example that is something like a spicy lassi.
Plain kefir
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cardamom
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1½ teaspoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
Combine all ingredients together.
Stir well and serve.
