250 grams of fresh human placenta, chopped into fine strips
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Rosemary
Salt
Pepper
½ tsp cumin
Rice noodles, cooked
Red bell pepper, sliced thin
Shallots, sliced thin
Fry onion in olive oil until it is translucent.
Add chopped garlic.
Toss in placenta, and cook quickly.
Add a dash of fresh rosemary and the cumin.
Add a pinch of salt and ground pepper to taste.
Serve on a bed of rice noodles, garnished with sliced red pepper and shallot.
