A spread that consists primarily of the tofu, oat flakes and raw spelt flour.

250 g tofu
150 g oat flakes
150 g raw spelt flour
Soy lecithin powder (optional)
3 or more whole spring onions, chopped
1 or more pickled gherkin, chopped
Margarine
Rapeseed oil or other vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Combine tofu, oat flakes, raw spelt, and some water.
If desired, mix in the lecithin to act as an emulsifier.
Mix in the spring onion and gherkins.
Mix in a spoonful of margarine and/or rapeseed oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
