1 tbsp vegetable or peanut oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
200 g shrimp, peeled
300 g broccoli, cut into florets and rinsed
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Heat a pan, add the oil and garlic, and fry until golden.
Add the shrimp and broccoli. Season with salt and oyster sauce, and add a little water. Stir together.
Put on a plate and serve.
