1½ cups (125 g / 4.4 oz) strawberries
2 bananas
¾ cup (200 ml / 6.8 oz) apple juice
⅝ cup (150 g / 5.3 oz) natural (plain) yogurt
⅔ cup (50 g / 1.8 oz) ice cubes
1 tbsp honey
Cut off the tops of the strawberries.
Peel the bananas.
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Add honey to taste.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses.
