4 eggs
½ cup white granulated sugar
2½ cups flour
1 litre kefir or yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
⅛ teaspoon horn salt (ammonium bicarbonate)
Vanilla
Mix all ingredients gently (do not use mixer).
Let batter stand ½ hour.

Fry on hot griddle.
Serve with butter, brunost (brown/goat cheese), or Nugatti Crisp (caramel/hazelnut dessert spread).
