2 boiled potatoes
1 spoonful mustard
2 spoonfuls salt
4 spoonfuls olive oil
2 spoonfuls vinegar
2 hard-boiled egg yolks, mashed
Small amount of minced onions
1 spoonful anchovy sauce
Pass the potatoes through a sieve or a ricer.
Combine potatoes and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
