Milagai podi is a mixture of crushed spices used as a condiment in Tamil cuisine. The mixture can be used dry or mixed with ghee or oil. It's great served with hot idlis or dosais.
2 spoons red chile powder
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground turmeric
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 spoons ghee, melted
Mix all ingredients
