This tiramisu mousse is so-called because its flavor profile matches tiramisu.
1 cup mascarpone cheese
¾ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup espresso, cooled
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
Cocoa powder
Combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, espresso, and eggs. Set aside.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Chill until set. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
