Eärgon tomato juice is an easy-to-make, low-sodium tomato juice. An interesting variation adds bacon substitute to add a smoky flavor and 10g of protein at the cost of a little fat and sodium.

1 can (12 oz / 340 g) unsalted, canned tomato paste
30 fl oz (3 cans / 890 ml) water
3 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
3 teaspoon black pepper
Add tomato paste, water, vinegar, and black pepper to container.
Shake or stir vigorously.
Serve or store several days in a suitable container in refrigerator.
