Tubani is a Nigerian dish eaten by the Hausa people. It is made from maize, soya beans, and baobab leaf powder.

2 cups corn
2 cups soy beans
4 spoonfuls of kuka (baobab leaf powder)
1 small piece potash
½ cup chilli pepper
2 teaspoon stock cube
3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
Blend all the ingredients together, adding water as needed to make a smooth dough.
Mold the dough into your desired shape.
Fry the dough in vegetable oil.
