1 large can (12 oz) tuna
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
½ small onion, chopped
1–2 stalks celery, chopped
½ cup carrot, shredded
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ small onion, chopped
1 large can (12 oz) tuna
2 cups mayonnaise
1 large bag shredded cheddar cheese
3 grapes, chopped
4/3 hot dogs, roughly chopped
4 bags tater-tots, just barely defrosted
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Chill before serving.
Serve on toast.
